Thoughtful Packaging
Your order will be packaged plastic free, in packaging made from recycled materials and sealed using biodegradable paper tape. As a business, we recycle all of our paper waste and re-use this, shredded, to keep your items safe in transit. Even our shipping labels are made with FSC-certified paper and finished with non-toxic adhesive, and are 100% compostable and recyclable.
Carbon Neutral Shipping
To minimise the carbon impact of shipping our orders, we support Shopify Planet in offering free carbon neutral shipping on all orders. We do this by automatically calculating the carbon impact of your order being shipped and offset this to ensure your purchase is as sustainable as possible. Your offsetting is used to fund vital, groundbreaking carbon extraction products.
Costs/Tracking
We aim to dispatch orders the next working day following purchase, which means you should receive your order no later than 5 days following purchase.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £30.

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery times and occassionaly shipments may experience delays but rest assured we'll do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
