No-nonsense returns policy

In addition to your statutory rights we have a “No Nonsense Returns Policy”.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 28 days, provided the products are returned unopened, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Customers will bear the cost of shipping. 

Due to the nature of our products, there are some that we are unable to accept back due to hygiene reasons, so please contact us before you send products back to us.

Once we receive your returned products, we will start processing your refund. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and appear in your account. 

Failed delivery

Orders that have been returned by the courier because the orders have been refused, or have an incorrect address, upon return to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and show in your account.

Faulty items 

If the goods you received are faulty, please get in touch with a photo of the product and we'll happily arrange a replacement for you with free delivery costs.

Delivery Addresses

Delivery addresses are entered by the customer, we accept no responsibility for this as we have no control over the address that is entered. If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is delivered, we can not resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us we can resend the parcel to the customer if they are happy to pay for the cost of redelivery. 

Please notify us as soon as possible, or within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any queries regarding your order. 

Order cancellation

If you'd like to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help. Once the order has been shipped we cannot process the cancellation for you.
