How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders by the next working day following purchase (if not sooner).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer two shipping options, Standard and Express. Express orders should
typically arrive within two working days. Standard orders should arrive
within 3-5 working days following purchase.
What shipping options do you offer and how much do they cost?
We offer two shipping options, Standard and Express.
- For our Standard shipping option, we charge £3.99 per order.
- For our Express shipping option, we charge £5.99 per order.
We also offer free standard shipping for all orders over £40.
Which shipping provider do you use?
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries, the UK's greenest delivery service.
Can I track my shipment?
You sure can. All orders are dispatched tracked. Please check your email after purchase foryour tracking number (this may take up to 24 hours to come through). If you haven’t received an email with your tracking details, please check your junk mailbox or feel free to get in touch.
Do you offer free or discounted shipping?
Yes, we offer free Standard (Tracked 48 hour) shipping for all orders over £40.
If you have signed up to Plastics Free, you can unlock free shipping rewards as you level up through the tiers — because low waste shouldn't mean high costs.
Where do you ship? Do you ship outside of the UK?
Currently, we only ship to UK addresses, however please get in touch if there is a country you would like us to ship to.

We take great care to ensure your order is shipped with as minimal impact as possible
All orders are packaged plastic free, in biodegradable boxes made from recycled materials and sealed with paper tape. Even our shipping labels are entirely plastic free, made with FSC-certified paper and finished with non-toxic adhesive, making them 100% biodegradable and recyclable

Plastics Free partner with Planet to offer carbon neutral shipping on all orders. Planet automatically calculating the carbon impact of your order being shipped and offset this by funding the equivalent amount in global earth-friendly projects.
I'd like to cancel my order
If you'd like to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help. Once the order has been shipped we cannot process the cancellation for you.
The delivery has failed
We're sorry to hear that. If your order has been shipped and has not arrived after 7 working days, please get in touch with the courier. Orders returned by the courier because the orders have been refused, or have an incorrect address - upon return to us, will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 28 days, provided the products are returned unopened, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Customers will bear the cost of shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, there are some that we are unable to accept back due to hygiene reasons, so please contact us before you send products back to us.
Sorry, no refund on sales items unless faulty.

Return FAQs
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return any unwanted items days, provided the products are returned unopened, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
How long will my refund take to process?
Once we've received and checked your returned order, we'll process your refund. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and appear in your account but are typically much quicker. Alternatively, we can offer a store credit instead, which is processed instantly.
Are there any items I am unable to return?
While we are able to accept most products, in some instances we will be unable to accept due to hygiene reasons, so please contact us before you send products back to us.
Can I return sales items?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on sale items, unless faulty.
Can I opt to receive store credit?
Absolutely, we'd be happy to provide you with a store credit.
The delivery has failed
Orders that have been returned by the courier because the orders have been refused, or have an incorrect address, upon return to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Do you refund shipping costs?
Unfortunately, unless the returned goods are faulty we do not refund shipping costs.
I've entered the wrong delivery address
Please notify us as soon as possible, should you have any queries regarding your order.
Delivery addresses are entered by the customer, and we accept no responsibility for this as we have no control over the address that is entered. If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is delivered, we can not resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us we can resend the parcel for an additional delivery charge.
The item I've received is faulty
We're very sorry to hear that! If the goods you have received are faulty, please get in touch with a photo of the product and we'll happily arrange a replacement for you.
